Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Refunds Policy: Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management'

Due to the nature of the product we sell, we only accept returns if the complaint results either from an error made by us or from a defective item. To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely.

Items that are non returnable are items backordered and ordered special for the customer from our supplier, items that have been used or fitted or not in its original packaging

Cancellation: You may cancel your order by informing us of this in writing any time up to seven days from the day after the day of delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the order number, and should be forwarded to Returns Dept at the address below.

Cancellation of goods can not be done if we have informed you that they are specialy ordered items
